All programmes are certified according to the SIST ISO 9001 standard. The first VDA 6.1 certificate is obtained. Sava is listed as a finalist in the business excellence award campaign. Sava restructures its business processes. |

The Sava share is listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Sava celebrates its 80th anniversary.
Sava becomes the majority owner of trading companies Astra, Guma and Chemo, the chemical company Teol, the Bled-based tourism company GH Toplice and the real estate company Sava IP. |

Sava and its rubber manufacturing programmes obtain the environmental management certificate SIST ISO 14001, the company Golf in Kamp Bled d.d. obtains the quality certificate SIST ISO 9001:2000, while the company Grand Hotel Toplice d.o.o. obtains the certificate SIST ISO 9001:1994. At the end of the year Sava is awarded the highest recognition by the Republic of Slovenia for business excellence for the year 2001. |

Sava d.d. as a controlling company of the Sava Group restructures into a holding company. The rubber manufacturing business is organised in an independent company Savatech d.o.o., while trading companies Chemo, Astra, Savatech and Guma are joined into a uniform company Sava Trade. |

The joint stock company Sava purchases an 87.4 per cent share in the company Golf in Park Hoteli Bled d.o.o. The Board of Management of Sava adopts a revised development strategy until 2007. |
2004
2005 |
Sava becomes a 96.65 per cent owner of Terme 3000 d.d. and, consequently, the company Radenska Zdravilišče d.o.o. In September a newly established company Ensa d.o.o. starts its business dealing with the rational use of energy and renewable energy sources. |
2006

In February the Supervisory Board confirms the current Board headed by Janez Bohorič to manage Sava during another five-year mandate until 17 July 2011. The Trade division is sold and Sava thereby becomes a significant owner in the Kranj-based trading system Merkur.
In December, the Supervisory Board of Sava d.d. confirms the Integrated Strategy of the Sava Group and the company Sava d.d. for the business period 2007-2011.

In March, Sava d.d. becomes the owner of a 23.8 per cent share in total capital of Abanka Vipa d.d.
In July, three Sava's tourist companies in Bled merge into one company Sava Hoteli Bled d.o.o.
In September, the 4* Grand Hotel Primus opens in Terme Ptuj.

2008

In May, the hotel Savica, the first family hotel in Slovenia, opens in Bled.
In December, the renovation of the oldest spa resort hotel Terapija in the spa resort Radenci is finished. The hotel is renamed to the hotel Izvir.
At the end of the year, the company Condor Real d.o.o. takes over the management of Vila Bled

2009

In March, the health resort Radenci officially opens the hotel Izvir.
In the same month, the company Savatech d.o.o. finishes the investment whose value amounts to several million euros: toluene adsorption system in the Print programme.
In September, Sava d.d., establishes a new company Sava Turizem – TMC, Tourism Management Company., d.o.o.

2011 |
In May, Savatech d.o.o. merges Sava-GTI d.o.o., which renames Moulded Products Programme.
On 22 September, Sava d.d. arranges for the celebration of its 90th anniversary in Brdo at Kranj.
In November, a new specialist clinic of occupational medicine, sport and traffic is opened in the hotel Izvir of Zdravilišče Radenci d.o.o.

2012 |
In February, Sava d.d. sells its remaining 50% share in the mixed-ownership company Sava-Schäfer d.o.o., Kranj, which produces roll covers, to the company SchäferRolls GmbH & Co.KG.
At the end of December, the new company Sava Turizem d.d. is entered in the register of companies; the new company includes Sava Hotels Bled, the spa 3000, the health resort Radenci, the spa Banovci and the spa Ptuj.
