Sava d.d. is managed according to the two-tier system, meaning that the company is managed by the Board of Management whose operation is supervised by the Supervisory Board. The management of Group’s subsidiaries, which are organised as joint stock companies, is conducted in the same manner, as well as in larger subsidiaries with limited liability.
Shareholders of the company exercise their rights in the company’s affairs in the shareholders’ meetings.
