Kranj, 30 September 2011 -  Today Sava d.d. announced its call for bids for the purchase of the Bled-based hotels Trst and Korotan with the accompanying land, which both operate as part of Sava Hoteli Bled d.d. The purpose of this sale is to implement the restructuring strategy of the Sava Group and the vision of a long-term development of tourism, which focuses on the services and accommodation facilities of the higher category.  

The expected price of the relevant property subject to sale together with the hotel furnishings amounts to €3.7 million. The mentioned amount is exclusive of tax.

Sava IP d.o.o., which manages Sava's Real Estate Division, provides further information, organises viewing tours and gathers bids. Bids will be accepted for 30 days after the publication of the call, which will be publicised internationally too.  

The decision about selling the Bled-based hotel Trst and Vila Korotan is a part of divesting strategy, which sets out the sale of all investments Sava d.d. has (individual property, programmes, companies, divisions or financial investments) subject to the market examination of the potential for sale and a suitable price.  

Assisted by the restructuring strategy, Sava will create the conditions for a more stable business and an increase in the value of the company for shareholders, thereby decreasing its indebtedness and consolidating the foundations for the growth of the Sava share value.
