Read more...The Sava Turizem Group realised over 1,112,000 overnight stays in 2015, which is a 4% improvement on the previous year, thereby increasing sales revenues by 5%. Last year the Group generated sales revenues of €65.4 million, or €3.1million more year-on-year. The Sava Turizem Group generated EBITDA of €13.9 million in 2015, thereby improving the 2014 result by €2.7 million. In addition, the net profit increased compared to 2014. All of the aforementioned achievements are due to the successful implementation of the new strategy adopted in 2012. While in 2011, EBITDA totalled €6.9 million, it rose to €13.9 million in 2015.

The meeting was convened upon request by DUTB, d.d., which holds more than one tenth of the SA03 bonds issue. 24,698 bonds or 93.2% of total bonds issued were represented in the meeting.

Read more...Pursuant to the provisions of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Sava d.d. herewith announces that on 11 March 2016 it received a notification from Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d.d., Davčna ulica 1, Ljubljana (hereafter: BAMC) of a change in major holdings showing that after finalising the merging procedure on 19 February 2016, BAMC acquired 103,277 Sava shares, representing 5.15% of total shares issued by Sava d.d.
In accordance with the decision by Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., trading with SAVA shares was halted on 17 February 2016; this decision was made without Sava d.d. requesting for a trading halt.
